At RAW AT HOME, we believe in transparency and flexibility when it comes to pricing our interior design services.
• Initial Consultation – Free
Your journey begins with a one-hour complimentary consultation, either in person or via Zoom. This is a relaxed meet-and-greet to discuss your vision, needs, and expectations. If both parties feel comfortable moving forward, a contract will be provided for signing.
• Design & Planning – $150 per hour
Once engaged, we will provide an initial breakdown of design areas, preferred style, and client requests. All subsequent design work, including mood boards, furniture selection, and trades coordination, will be billed at an hourly rate of $150.
• Furniture Sourcing & Purchasing – $150 per hour
Clients are required to pay in full for all furniture orders at the time of purchase. Any trade discounts secured will be passed directly to the client. In some cases, a retainer fee may be requested to facilitate purchases on behalf of the client.
• Storage & Delivery Services
If a client is unable to take immediate delivery of furniture, storage can be arranged for a monthly fee (determined based on volume and duration). The designer may also charge a percentage of the hourly rate for handling deliveries and managing storage logistics.
• Installation & Styling – $150 per hour
The final and most exciting phase—The Fun Day! Our team will coordinate furniture transportation to your property, with the delivery fee invoiced separately. We will then meticulously style and arrange your space, ensuring everything comes together seamlessly at an hourly rate of $150.
